Pros

They provide free coffee and snacks, opportunity to develop conflict management skills

Cons

EVERYTHING. They regularly ask you to lie to clients, but then again they lie to them as well . The upper management provides no real direction, most of the employees are not qualified for the job, the few that are qualified are quick to leave once they see the place (usually in less than 6 months they leave) The level of nepotism is ridiculous, the CEO is out of touch with the company and its employees, Only upper management is heard when ideas are brought to the table despite their complete lack of expertise in the subject matter. Be aware that the upper management will be two faced in most interactions and you should just accept that you are basically just a overpaid customer service rep for contracts that can never be fulfilled. The CEO is also involved in a variety of dubious partnerships that call into question the poor excuse for a salary.

Pros

As with any company, there are good times and bad times, but I can say for sure that since I started here at TRI, it has been an amazing ride. TRI is on an upward trend which I am super happy to be a part of since joining recently. I can say for sure that TRI has an excellent team of professionals and a very positive pro-growth environment. Leadership and management have practically done everything they reasonable do to make me feel comfortable and welcomed as a member of their team. And that is saying a lot.

Cons

To be honest, I don't see any negative situations that I would consider to be a con. Leadership and management have been making power moves to create a positive and welcoming environment and generating momentum to take the company to the next level. That is really all you can ask for.

Pros

They do pay on time.

Cons

I was hired as a Freelance writer and was given a ton of promises of the kind of the work I would be doing. From that point on I had to beg for work because if I sat waiting I would have never been given a single project. I didn't do anywhere near as much writing as they said I would and within a couple months I couldn't get any work at all. Total waste of my time. If I ever inquired into the matter I was just told business was slow. If that was the case then why bring on more writers? They do not respect the time of their writers.
