I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Rainmaker Institute (Gilbert, AZ) in Nov 2022
Interview
First step was a 30 minute phone interview, second step was a video interview. I was told in the video interview that I moved on to the next step, which was to meet another team member, an account manager, but then I never heard back and they ghosted me. Very disappointed that they wouldn’t even provide the common courtesy of sending an email- especially after leading me to believe I moved on to the next step. The Rainmaker Institute said to expect an email from them the following week to schedule the next interview, but I never received that email. They cut off all communication as soon as I was led to believe I made it to the third step of the interview process which I believe was very unprofessional and cruel.
