Sometimes work-life balance is difficult

The company is led by Mark, a true visionary with a plethora of experience. Mark has created a collaborative and results-oriented culture, which has attracted some truly wonderful employees from many unique backgrounds. All have a voice and the ability to contribute where they feel drawn to. OppLab works with unique clients who do good things in the world and the company is continuously expanding its footprint. I have watched the company evolve over time and stay nimble and responsive to a changing world; however, it does not stray from its mission or values. A wonderful team to join if you are a person of purpose and have a desire to grow and make an impact.

The group is a small, intimate team with much less structure than most firms. Employees wear many hats and the nature of the size of the team and the business requires flexibility and a real commitment.
