The studio itself is clean and the clientele is usually respectful, but that does not offset working under people who completely disregard staff input.
Cons
• Scheduling issues were repeatedly raised in team meetings but were never addressed or resolved.
• Management consistently gave empty assurances about “looking into it” without any follow through.
• Staff input is treated as optional and is routinely ignored in decision making.
• Decisions are made in isolation without considering day to day operational realities.
• Employees are expected to remain positive and grateful despite ongoing unresolved problems.
• Skilled therapists left after being ignored when requesting basic and reasonable adjustments.
• Management acted surprised when employees resigned despite repeated warnings being dismissed.
• The workplace culture has become stagnant, discouraging any further suggestions for improvement.
• Most employees now do minimal work and look for opportunities to leave due to lack of change.
• It is exhausting for staff to deal with ongoing issues that are acknowledged but never fixed.
