I loved the studio and all the people I met there. Learned a lot and made some long lasting connections that will go on far beyond the work place.

Leadership has no understanding of how to talk to or act around non white people. They want to slap diversity on their list of “accomplishments”, but don’t know what diversity even means. This company is the perfect example of tokenism. Any people of color thinking to work here… just don’t. You will feel like a token. There have been direct comments made in meetings about my skin color and if it would help with diversity. Leadership is severely in need of the most basic worldly socialization.
