Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience when you interviewed with The Mixx in 2012. We value your feedback and are taking it into consideration moving forward.
I want you to know that if I made the decision to add you to The Mixx team, it was after careful consideration and I apologize if you were under the impression that it was rushed.
As you mentioned, we always give our new employees a trial run before hiring them full-time because we believe that talent should be rewarded over past experiences.
Our recruiting process has also improved a lot since 2012 and I am hopeful that negative experiences are now extremely rare.
