      Best structure for a business that I’ve ever experienced! Immediate opportunity for growth within the business. Merit based not tenure so you don’t have to deal with seniority or anything’s like that.

      Pros

      This place has a great work environment. Everyone is so pleasant to work with. I feel like if I ever had a question, I could easily ask anyone to help get a better understanding. I feel like this job matches the description given on job posting and in the interview process. This has honestly been my favorite place to work.

      I believe there are no negatives about this business.
