I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The KC Standard (Mission, KS) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview was a bait-and-switch. I applied as a CSM, which is a specific role separate from sales, and was told that the job was B2B sales for internet plans and phones and was commission only. It's one of those "inverted funnel" models that Michael Scott talks about in The Office, with "mentors" and "mentees" and building your own team, etc.

Question 1
What have you been doing for work for the past 6 months?
I interviewed at The KC Standard (Overland Park, KS)
Interview
Giant zoom call and it was weird. The interviewer was asking strange questions and didn't really address me much. I didn't know it would be a group interview. Then I got called back for a second interview which was also a group interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The KC Standard in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was a little strung out, but was able to meet with different employees on different teams. The most engaging and meaningful interview was with the manager and she asked very good questions. They did end up offering me the position, but when asked if I could think about it and get back to them, they required an answer in less than 24 hours. I felt rushed and like my opinion wasn't valued.
