- Could have just been my team, but you I felt extremely isolated from the rest of the company - no information from management as far as larger direction, future plans, company health, etc.
- Never given a performance review, nothing more than the occasional "how you doing?" from the project manager, nothing from management.
- Eventually let go completely out of the blue over budgeting concerns outside of my team. Locked out of my machine and email, and given the cold shoulder before the end of the work day. Took a month of constant emails, and eventually a dispute with the department of labor to get the rest of my money, return equipment, and clear up some mis-reporting on their end regarding my termination that put a hold on my unemployment.
