Cons
The executive director only cares about how political issues affect herself and her family. Executive team ignores bad behavior and is completely uninterested in holding their favorite employees accountable. Executive team loves to talk about “Hub values” but doesn’t hold themselves to those standards. Office gossip is rampant. Staff are told to be “grateful” and “thankful” for the “privilege” of having a hybrid schedule, while being forced to come into the office just to sit on Zoom calls. High-level, high-paying jobs often go to friends of the executive team while the rest of the staff is overworked and underpaid. Consultants are paid and respected more than staff. Growth and success are stifled by the executive team's incompetence.
