Getting off at 4pm. The relationships you create with the clients. Coworkers are helpful. The clients are the reason why I have stayed so long.
Cons
Higher ups are very unprofessional and money hungry Company is in debt which has made pay periods inconsistent Checks have been late (two weeks late) Ratios are not being followed Fraudulent billing. They will have you with two sometimes three clients at once while billing for one of them. While doing so HIPAA is being violated. If you are RBT certified and this is going in when state comes in you will lose your license. PTO and unexcused absences are not honored. Job is not secure Something I found very interesting is that we work with minors but don’t have to complete a drug test or background check.
