Pros

The children are everything and more of course. They keep me going and often times make me forget how horrible this place is.

Cons

-Constant gossip -Higher ups will try to “befriend” you to get information about other workers from you -Constant micromanaging -Not upfront about work environment and expectations during the training -Have witnessed people get fired over minute things -Limited diversity amongst employees and clients -Employees were paid with a personal check due to THS not having enough funds to pay Worksmart for pay stubs -Higher ups look down on guides -Some clients don’t have guides and so guides are doubled and/or sometimes tripled with kids to work but only billing for one. However, there is no second thought of how is that not responsible when all of our concentration needs to be on tracking behavior and being actively engaged to scaffold the benchmarks correctly and efficiently to help the client overall -Limited supplies to work with children constantly (sometimes there’s limited essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel and soap) -Clients without guides feel like outcasts because other peers have guides

Pros

Training, Programs, Benefits, Clients and Staff

Cons

Break coverage when short staffed. Not really the company's fault that there are so many call ins.

Pros

As an ABA company it’s definitely different. It’s naturalistic but the goal for behaviors are unclear.

Cons

Unclear goals. Don’t feel like I’m learning anything.
