      Pros

      As a recruiter, you need to believe in where you work and who you work for. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work every day and couldn’t ask for a better boss. I also really enjoy building relationships with hiring managers, CEO, and owner. We have a great set of leaders, and they have all helped me grow professionally.

      Cons

      Not really a con for me but as a recruiter, if you don't thrive off competition and goals you won't enjoy being a recruiter.

      Cons

      The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.
