      Strong culture, hiring practices, training, opportunity to be a partner, wonderful group of people, huge level of dedication, truly care about the customer

      Cons

      Short on work life balance, but they're up front about it. High expectation, high accountability, high reward and recognition. It is a great place to work for someone who really wants to get ahead and is willing to do what it takes.
