Pros

They will tell you “people count”, “it will take you a year to learn it all” “it’s ok to make mistakes”but that’s all fake.

Cons

All of their “people count culture” is fake. They don’t care about development or giving you honest feedback. They will throw you out like yesterday’s trash if you do or say anything they don’t agree with. If you ever work here watch your back and trust no one! And you’ll hear all about the “high turnover” it’s not because people quit.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience while working for The Connor Group. It%E2%80%99s true that we have high standards and expectations for performance, but we train our managers to give direct and honest feedback so that associates have the opportunity to improve. If that didn%E2%80%99t happen in your case, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally. Please call me at (937) 434-3095. Best wishes in your future endeavors. Chris Jemo

Pros

Fast-paced environment, strong compensation opportunities, talented teams, and a culture that rewards performance. If you are ambitious, competitive, and always want more, this could be the place for you.

Cons

The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.

We appreciate your feedback. We are the right place for ambitious, competitive associates who want to grow and be challenged. We’re proud to offer strong compensation opportunities and a culture that recognizes and rewards results. You’re right that our environment is demanding and not for everyone. We also appreciate your note around consistency and communication as we continue to grow!
