      Pros

      1. Excellent relationships with residents 2. Always meeting new people 3. Pay is average 4. Schedule is flexible 5. Health Benefits some of the best

      Cons

      1. Lie and cheat to hit numbers 2. Promote people who are very unethical 3. Milk residents for everything so make sure you ready Everything before you sign. 4. Turn over is extremely high (my time over 10 people let go in a year) 5. They pay employees to get Google reviews. 6. Resident screaming in your face daily I could list all day....

      Thank you for the review and feedback. We do not tolerate unethical behavior nor do we tolerate people that lie or cheat. I am a bit confused over your posting as it says you are currently employed and then makes it sound like you have been terminated? We also have not been in our Nashville market over 5 years and we do not have any PCMs that have been with us that long in the market.
