Pros

*Some of the people you work with are fantastic! *Training/Follow up training programs

Cons

*Hours *Pay *Stress *Residents *The way you are treated by upper management *You are told when you first are offered a position that you may have to work an occasional Saturday. I worked EVERY Saturday and Sunday. If ever asked for a Saturday off you are given grief. *You are supposed to get sick and vacation time but are told you have no dedication if you try and use it. *You are told about rewaerd and recognition but it is never truly given. *The bonus scale is ridiculous and almost impossible to reach.

Pros

Fast-paced environment, strong compensation opportunities, talented teams, and a culture that rewards performance. If you are ambitious, competitive, and always want more, this could be the place for you.

Cons

The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.

We appreciate your feedback. We are the right place for ambitious, competitive associates who want to grow and be challenged. We’re proud to offer strong compensation opportunities and a culture that recognizes and rewards results. You’re right that our environment is demanding and not for everyone. We also appreciate your note around consistency and communication as we continue to grow!
