No Leadership training so everyone has their own style. (Most have no idea what Leadership actually means)
Worst attitudes I've ever seen (rude, nasty, disrespectful)
No job security
Don't hold their employees accountable for not executing their core values.
You'll be overworked without someone verbally saying "Thank You".
Judged by Property Managers who aren't even allowed to interview and usually aren't the best people, but they are allowed to "suggest" you aren't a good fit.
Lots of fear tactics and games "Devils Advocate".
