Merit-based and self-led growth is real. I've moved through multiple departments based on results, not tenure or credentials. Leadership is accessible, expectations are clear, and if you execute, the opportunities follow. High-ownership culture where your work actually matters.
Cons
Fast-paced, high-accountability environment isn't for everyone. If you thrive on structure and clear deliverables it's a pro, but if you need a slower pace it can be a lot.

Pros
You have the opportunity to work alongside hardworking, like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire you to continuously improve your own performance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and there are additional opportunities to earn recognition and rewards for your contributions, which is a nice added benefit.
Cons
You may occasionally be asked to take on responsibilities outside the typical scope of your role. While I don't personally see that as a drawback, I can understand how others might. The hours can be long, and some days are certainly stressful. That said, it's hard to think of many jobs that don't come with occasional stress or require long hours from time to time.
