Pros
A typical day includes a mix of independent work and regular collaboration with the team, which keeps things productive and engaging. I’ve learned a lot here, not just professionally, but also personally through improved productivity, accountability, and time management.
Management is one of the biggest highlights. My managers are incredible-approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in my success. They give clear guidance on how to improve while also recognizing what I’m doing well, which creates a great balance.
The workplace culture is unlike anything I’ve experienced. It’s dog-friendly (which always brightens my day), encouraging, and truly built on helping each other succeed. It’s very much a work-hard, play-hard environment with friendly competitions and plenty of fun moments as a team.
Being surrounded by a team that pushes you, supports you, and celebrates your wins.
Cons
The hardest part of the job is the fast pace and high expectations, but you’re given all the tools and hands-on training to be successful. The most enjoyable part is the people.
