Pros

good training, meet some nice people along the way

Cons

absolutely ridiculous attendance policy, even with a doctor's note you still get the point or even when you are admitted into the hospital. Very unprofessional supervisors who yell across the room and don't know how to be quiet when you're trying to listen on the phone. Getting 5 different answers from 5 different people. Some people shouldn't even be trainers because they don't know their you know what from their elbow. Pay is terrible.

Pros

The work is straightforward and you get trained properly on how to do your job when you first start out, and the team supervisors do coach you to keep improvement happening. PTO plan is amazing! With the client I'm working with, I feel fulfilled at the end of my day with being able to help the customers out.

Cons

Since the pandemic hit in 2020, there hasn't been a lot of company engagement with everyone like it was back in a brick-and-mortar setting. That is improving though!
