I’ve had the pleasure of working at LambdaTest for the past 4 years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow in ways I never imagined. There’s always something new to explore, and I’m excited about the many more learning opportunities that lie ahead. One of the highlights of working at LambdaTest is the culture. The work environment is both collaborative and supportive. It’s incredibly motivating to be surrounded by talented teammates who are always willing to lend a hand and share their knowledge. We’re encouraged to challenge ourselves and push boundaries, which makes each day rewarding. The leadership here is exceptional. My manager is an inspiring figure who continually motivates the team to strive for excellence. The guidance and support I’ve received have helped me take my career to the next level. Another thing that I truly appreciate is the balance LambdaTest fosters between work and life. The company office is a fun place to be in ! Participating in extracurricular activities, team-building events, and other informal events really helps reduce the pressure and adds a sense of camaraderie to the workplace. Overall, I feel grateful to be part of such a forward-thinking and positive organization. LambdaTest has not only helped me grow professionally but has also given me lasting friendships and unforgettable experiences along the way. Cons
While my experience at LambdaTest has been largely positive, one area that could use improvement is the extended shift hours. The work itself is engaging, and the challenges are rewarding, but the longer hours, especially during busy periods, can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The intensity of the workload during peak times can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it can be tough to find personal time outside of work. That being said, I understand that LambdaTest is still growing as a startup, and as such, there are moments where additional focus and attention are required to meet business demands. However, it would be great to see more consideration given to balancing workload and shift hours as the company continues to expand.
