Test Yantra offers a very positive and supportive work environment. The company encourage a culture of collaboration, and I always felt encouraged to share ideas and contribute to the team. My colleagues are friendly and approachable, which makes working here enjoyable. .
Cons
One area that could be improved is the training provided to new employees. During my time at Test Yantra, I found that the training was not comprehensive enough to fully equip me with the necessary skills and knowledge for my role.
