Cons
1. Don't expect your salary before 1st and on time unlike other companies. 2. Once you are deployed in any client company, don't expect any communication from the management team of Test Yantra infact you will get to know about the project closure/the last working day on the same day itself that too not from the Test Yantra team who has deployed you but rather from the client, strange. 3. You will be on bech, they will not provide you a single client interview and give false assuarance that your salary will get credited but it never gets credited and then when questioned they give you lame excuses suh as You should have been in Bangalore whereas they don't give you any such in written and when you ask them to give in written so that from next day you can come to office, they disappear and you never get any such in written. 4. They will show you they vouched for you with the upper management team due to which the statuary benefits got credited but they don't know that if they withold the statuary benefits, they can get fined for it from the government. 5. Forget about the communication gap between the employees and Test Yantra, there is a hell lot of communication gap between the mangement colleagues itself. 6. If you are on bench, you will followup every single day for client interviews to be scheduled but they will not help you with any instead they will keep on iterating 1 single time "We are working on it" then they will give you excused that since you are on higher payscale, getting client comoanies are becoming difficult. 7. And yes, if you are deployed in some client company and these people are earning good commission through you but somehow if you are not satisfied with your payscale and decide to resign, they will threaten you by saying "YOU CAN ONLY RESIGN IF I ACCEPT YOUR RESIGNATION". Basically, they want to use the resource till the resource can benefit them. 8. Long story short, better wait and stay jobless until you get good opportunities but don't fall in the trap of this company. Never Ever for the sake of your career and mental peace because they will ruin it.
