Stable Good Benefits Job is interesting if you like troubleshooting

Management can be pretty passive aggressive, at my location anyway, seems like it makes it's way up the chain. Promotions are basically a non starter due to few positions and basically everyone staying here for a decade plus.

Gas compensation was a pro

Poor Management and really no opportunity to grow. Various times where their top management would just bring someone in.
