      Terracon trys to take care of their people. I know they try to promote from within. They have career conversations with you, and will help you get on the right path to achieve your goals

      Work/life balance Career advancement training opportunities

      Cons

      Toxic top-down management culture. Environmental employees are expendable. If you aren’t an engineer, good luck. Management does not care to get to know their employees and favoritism is the norm, not the exception. Unrealistic expectations from new hires. Low compensation for industry standards.
