      The company vibe here is great. The people are amazing and Terracon really puts an emphasis on safety. I feel very safe working there and safe to speak up and say something.

      Work/life balance Career advancement training opportunities

      Cons

      Toxic top-down management culture. Environmental employees are expendable. If you aren’t an engineer, good luck. Management does not care to get to know their employees and favoritism is the norm, not the exception. Unrealistic expectations from new hires. Low compensation for industry standards.
