Pros
Awesome coworkers and a few good managers. Access to certs if you're willing to put in the studying on your own time.
Cons
No job growth. Pay is way under average, but they do pay for your certifications and as much overtime as you want if it's available. False promises, raises based on how much butt kissing/begging you're willing to put up with, unequal treatment. Benefits are provided as an incentive rather than employee status. It is possible to get them after 30 days if you ask as part of your offer letter. Get everything in writing! The halls are filled with people who were promised and later told "I never said that." Hence the extremely high turnover.
