3yHello and thank you for the kind words, although this is a truly a team effort. We’re simply trying to listen to you and our fellow Templings about what’s working/not working and to stay in touch with what we need as the company grows and evolves.
Part of that has been to work with the leadership team to set a clear vision for the company and work with teams to make sure everyone understands where we are going, why we are going there to server our customers, and how team member contributions are important and ultimately help us achieve our mission.
I know that change can be hard. Tempo has clearly grown very rapidly and that has required us to make some team and roadmap changes. We believe even more good will come from that, though I know sometimes changes take a bit to settle down.
