Yes, things are moving, changing, evolving from what they used to be... Basically, we've grown from a local Icelandic company to a global organization that encompasses and welcomes many different cultures. We are expanding into new markets and ecosystems, developing cutting-edge technology, and continuously improving our product offerings for our customers. We do so to ensure we remain the best we can be for our actual and soon-to-be users.
Through these new and exciting times, we do make it a point to focus on our Templings; we can’t do this without all of us working together as a unified and engaged team. By going global and expanding the business into new realms, we are also providing employees with more professional opportunities to grow and create a direct impact on the business. As such, we have recently promoted several employees to key roles within the organization and have also created several channels internally to connect with all employees on a consistent basis such as the monthly strategy open chat with the CEO and the bi-weekly company updates where the "ask my anything" approach takes precedence.
This being said, change is tough... and it’s hard... we all feel it and know it. But change is also invigorating and can take us to new heights as a business and as a team of exceptional people working together to make Tempo the best that it can be!
