Pros
In my territory worked with some great people and some interesting opportunities. I got a feel what it was like to work in an office that was set to grow within a region.
Cons
A simple lack of leadership. No autonomy in EMEA everything was being executed and checked by HQ and this slowed down the business ability to react quickly to changes in regions outside the US.
