Apart from Free Food and Free Transportation, I hardly see any.
Cons
A heck lot of things • Biased and Sexist management • No Growth • HR policies are kind of twisted so beware • No Phones allowed not even in breaks (makes you feel you are in jail) as they won't let you go out of the building too. • Small and Stagnant Process - Rare movements • Forced overtime (@the cost of 300 for 3 hours) the list goes on ...
