Pros

The software is really good! Customers are awesome. Very neat space in the industry. Some (very few, and less each week) remaining rockstars in the company.

Cons

Management here really stinks, from basic managers to director of support, to CEO. They continue to ignore the trouble support is in, and push for people to do more with less. They got themselves into deep doodoo with layoffs and just keep plugging their ears to any criticism (if they don’t fire you for challenging them). The empty promises of training and backup just never comes.

Pros

If you are looking to work at Telestream, please know the previous CEO Rhonda Bassett-Spiers is no longer with Telestream and normal great service has resumed with Dan Castles and the wonderful and experienced leadership team. After 20 months of hell the company is back to rebuilding and growing.

None now that Rhonda Bassett-Spiers has departed
