      Not the worst but far from good

      Pros

      Decent products with good potential. Weak development and abysmal quality assurance due to under-funding. WAY too much staff turn-over.

      Cons

      Excessive focus on funnel and forecast management. Most sales people are not technical enough, or lack video industry experience, to understand the products. So the sales engineers need to carry the burden without appropriate recognition.

      Pros

      Nice people. Wide range of products for media producers and service providers.

      Cons

      Acquisitions over the past few years has broadened product offerings but has also spread the Sales team too thin and reduced their focus. Management is driven by quarterly results, head-count and EBITDA. Increased staff turnover translates into weaker customer relationships. Product development is slow due to limited resources.

      Pros

      Telestream has been through tremendous change and growth which has allowed for several opportunities to thrive. The work is challenging and rewarding. Remote work is 100% supported and people get the chance to really make a difference bringing fresh ideas to the organization. The leadership communicates often with monthly all hands to review financial results, new products and various initiatives. It allows you the opportunity to work with a global team. Compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      There is a lot to get done so the workload is heavy at times but with the flexibility allowed in work schedules, you can plan based on your specific schedule.
