Telemundo is not NBC - HR is terrible. - Digital Marketing Manager Telemundo Employee Review

They are not close to act or be like NBC, HR department is really bad in all the levels, In 4 Years I saw a lot of people laid off. Also employees will get move to other departments or duplicate their job functions without any type of salary adjustment or job description review from HR, upper levels are aware of this but wont do anything, good performance recognition is minimum and employees are very demotivated.
