Pros
This was a pretty good company for something part time. They had Flexible Schedules (?), offered Remote Work, and Fast Training. I was literally able to do the job from my bed and had no issues with a work environment. You also get to work towards some causes that you may be passionate about.
Cons
Fundraising has it's rewards but one can be when the managers, supervisors and team leads are constantly pushing goals in a not so friendly way. It goes haywire, quickly. It isn't right for you if you aren't able to handle the negativity that can come with outbound calling. Earlier and Later Time slots were also reserved for "more experienced callers". I left for those very reasons. I couldn't continue asking for money that people didn't have. It didn't feel like I was paid enough to be accosted every call, and then pushed towards a goal in the Slack. Maybe I'm soft, but I'd definitely consider other work if you're more on the emotional side.
