      Perfect job for flexible schedule

      Pros

      Flexible schedule - you must work at least three 4-hour shifts per week, but you can work as many as you'd like. Lots of training provided on how to communicate with donors.

      Cons

      It takes some time to explain to donors that Telefund is the organization calling them, rather than the organization itself.

      Pros

      Flexible Hours. Other than that, there are non.

      Cons

      -The people are either drug addicts, prostitutes, or some sort of swindler -Management sucks -no possible way to move up -no benefits -limited numbers of campaigns to call -the place smells I worked in the Boston office, so we were close to "Corporate" on the same floor. The entire structure is filled with incompetent people. The "Corporate" HQ was filled with 20 somethings who made 20 something thousand a year and worked long hours.

      Pros

      There are none. Unless you like working with hookers, crackheads, and drug dealers. Women co-workers offering oral sex on payday.

      Cons

      No opportunity for personal growth. I applied to be promoted multiple times because I was a lot smarter than my bosses. There are no benefits and the company does what ever they can to keep you part time and the pay sucks-- which lends itself to underemployment. The callers know nothing about the issues for which they are calling. And the place is dirty.
