      Ou company is committed to adapting to market trends and evolving with the market. They have migrated off their older system into a new online system. This allows us to customize our customer success and build a stronger tomorrow.

      Cons

      Sometimes a lack of communication, but we are evolving and working to correct that.

      Pros

      -There are a few people within the company looking to inspire positive change -coworkers are fun and lively -Laid back environment

      Cons

      -The management is quite frankly terrible. They micromanage EVERYTHING -The people looking to inspire positive change are often steamrolled by ownership into going back to the same old methods that keep causing issues. -When issues are finally confronted, the blame is often misappropriated and the issue will persist. -Commission and pay structure changes CONSTANTLY -Toxic work environment encouraged by management, lots of backstabbing and sneaky behaivor. -Not really any work/life balance.
