Good for people looking to break into the industry

-There are a few people within the company looking to inspire positive change -coworkers are fun and lively -Laid back environment

Cons

-The management is quite frankly terrible. They micromanage EVERYTHING -The people looking to inspire positive change are often steamrolled by ownership into going back to the same old methods that keep causing issues. -When issues are finally confronted, the blame is often misappropriated and the issue will persist. -Commission and pay structure changes CONSTANTLY -Toxic work environment encouraged by management, lots of backstabbing and sneaky behaivor. -Not really any work/life balance.

Management is more of a dictatorship Pay is below bare minimum for industry Work/Life Balance is awful Constant changing of structure that is confusing and not communicated well
