Pros

-Communicative staff willing to solve problems collaboratively -New management has actually set standards and protocols to ensure everyone is treated equally; reducing nepotism has been a key focus and it's been working so far. -Internal system is way more coherent and smooth -The atmosphere has changed a lot; even though we're focused, we're allowed to play our own music in the back. It really helps at the end of the day. Also helps that work/life balance is pretty good now; management has really been pushing that our mental/physical health takes precedence, which is encouraging. -People bring food every now and then for everyone to enjoy; it's a small thing, but it's pretty nice to have a home-cooked apple pie. Staff members really care about each other.

Cons

-Communication could be improved in regards to ongoing projects. So much is changing that it would be nice to have a changelog to keep track of software/process improvements -Since it's a small company, opportunity for growth isn't a huge selling point right now. I will say that it's a great place to learn the fundamentals of sales/customer service/warehouse processes for future career opportunities.

Pros

-There are a few people within the company looking to inspire positive change -coworkers are fun and lively -Laid back environment

Cons

-The management is quite frankly terrible. They micromanage EVERYTHING -The people looking to inspire positive change are often steamrolled by ownership into going back to the same old methods that keep causing issues. -When issues are finally confronted, the blame is often misappropriated and the issue will persist. -Commission and pay structure changes CONSTANTLY -Toxic work environment encouraged by management, lots of backstabbing and sneaky behaivor. -Not really any work/life balance.
