They offer education assistance and are very friendly. The work environment is very comfortable, and everyone is open to any questions you may have or will help explain something if you are not too familiar with it.

I have not found any cons.

Sure, they’ll hire you but beware empty promises. Their benefits are good but HR is lacking.

They sell you on family values, the support they’ll offer, and how great they are but after you start working the communication stops. HR was awful and unhelpful.
