They also organize trips, celebrate festivals, and host fun activities, making the workplace lively and enjoyable. As a fresher or GET, I received one-month training in each department, helping me understand the company’s operations and gain hands-on experience. Additionally, programs like 'Campus to Corporate' made it easy for me to transition into the professional world. The flexible work hours have allowed me to maintain a great work-life balance, and introducing a more structured hybrid model could further improve this balance by offering employees the option to work from home while maintaining strong collaboration in the office. My manager is cool, supportive, and always willing to offer guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement. The team is equally supportive, always ready to help, collaborate, and share knowledge
