Flat org structure can lead to moving slightly slower, marketing is currently being improved

People, collaboration, teamwork, variety of projects. Good place for fresh grads to gain experience.

Few perks, high turnover rate with most employees working within 5 years since graduation, low salaries compared to other companies, resource distribution of administrative personnel is not good (most of the mgmt is in the Lahore office), small workspace area, no free food(!)
