Pros

I had a very early positive experience working at Tech Path. From the get-go, my team was supportive and collaborative which really made me feel like I was expanding on my knowledge further, which made the role both enjoyable and rewarding at times. As I progressed in my career, I was consistently encouraged to develop my skills and expand the scope of my work. I felt well supported by my manager throughout my employment. TechPath places a strong emphasis on mental health and employee well-being, and the company events are exceptionally well organized. Overall, it is a supportive and engaging workplace and very fast paced. Take this with a grain of salt, as when I was employed this is how things were.

Cons

As I got through my career progression, I was roadblocked by 'Projects' that seemed to nearly be impossible to conquer. This paired with a few rotating staff made life a bit difficult at times, but I voiced my opinions thoroughly with my manager as I believed these staff members to be quite beneficial to our team but were instead leaving for some of the opinions I share here. I believe the career progression can be tweaked to make career path a bit more personal, but I find the early stages to be quite beneficial. You will receive a lot of tickets, but this can also be a boon, as you will be touching a lot of technology from different teams. Take on the task, and you can find that your knowledge will grow exponentially as you progress through different hardware stacks and troubleshooting methods.
