      Pros

      First and foremost, they treat employees with respect. The nicest people I've ever worked with. More than reasonable working hours, and an excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      The salary is probably lower than in other places in the same tier in the industry. Recently, there has been a massive departure of employees, which contributes to the bad feeling that the company may be undergoing too much change and to the uncertainty.

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
