      Pros

      I really like working at Teads, everyone is very nice, positive and helpful. Our team is spread across different countries, but our mission is still the same. At Teads there are lots of benefits, like the monthly lunch allowance, but my favourite one is the opportunity to work from any country for 15 working days each year.

      Right now there is nothing to complain about!

      Great people and products, but management lacks direction

      The people are great and the products are strong. The customer experience team genuinely care about their client base and want to make it work

      Cons

      Management has no idea what direction to go in. One second they want the business to be focused on one of the products and then suddenly the opposite and expect sales to immediately pivot and have a pipeline waiting. There is a reason the UK employee feedback is always so bad but all they say is “let’s go for drinks” instead of actually solving anything
