9yThanks for your candid feedback. Flippancy in regards to the concerns of our employees is certainly the exact opposite of what we strive for. When our employees offer feedback, it helps to provide insight and transparency on where we’re getting it right, but also where we can course correct and improve. It is definitely something that we listen to and take seriously. Any service that has reached our size and stage must adapt. We are working through some growing pains and certainly leadership has gotten some things wrong, but we have a strong foundation on which to build and our goal is to continue to get smarter about our operations and allow some of the great folks we've hired and continue to hire, to ignite positive change and inspire our people. We must also adapt to new industry issues that arise e.g. issues such as clickbait and attempts from those who choose to try and deceive and manipulate. As with similar instances that have arisen in our industry in the past, we are fully aware that mere words on the matter won’t suffice and we have tried to take meaningful action over the years to measure ourselves honestly and transparently. It's not always going to be easy, but we will keep working to get better and better as we scale and it's important that we retain a positive outlook as we work through these challenges.Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and for the many contributions you made to Outbrain.
