      This place is such a disaster, there’s nothing good to say about it.

      Cons

      - Tara Ink is run by some of the most unqualified and immature people you could imagine. - Management is completely ineffective and has no clue how to lead or support a team. - When something goes right, the managers rush in to claim all the credit, even though they had nothing to do with it. - When things go wrong, the blame is dumped on employees, no questions asked.

      I've been working with TARA, Ink for many years. First as an employee and later as a freelancer because I relocated. If you are smart, open to direction and have good energy it is the best firm to learn the ropes!

      Cons

      Negative employees, long hours but that is what comes with the industry itself.
