Pros

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PROS TO WORKING HERE. I’ve made plenty of friends however since we all leaned on each other in this place that can only be called - HELL

Cons

This place will fill your head up with dreams and promises “9-6, except during key times of the year” HA! I was working 9-7 at the office without taking lunch because the TWO times that I took lunch I was bombarded with calls and text and GROUP EMAILS as to WHY I took lunch. whenever I left on time 6PM I was questioned as to why I was leaving early. EARLY? UM I DIDNT TAKE LUNCH AND NOW LEAVING AT 6PM is early? Okay. The owners would talk down to us whenever they lost business. I think my job was threatened about 3 times. You have to do the job of 4 people under one position barely scraping by with the amount they pay people. There is ZERO communication for this to be considered a PR agency. You will become so depressed at this job you will wonder who you ever wronged that allowed you to be in such a terrible place. I’ve cried myself to sleep many nights working here just because of the fact that I knew I had to return to this place in the morning. NEVER EVER INTERN OR WORK HERE.

Pros

"Baptism by Fire" - you will learn a ton, because you have to. You will have very little guidance or direction. You will pretty much have to figure out everything on your own beginning Day 1. You will be better because of it.

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate. No one has lasted longer than 6 months at this company. Management is horrible. They frequently scream at, curse out, and embarrass their employees. The most high stress environment I've ever seen/been in/worked in. You are not valued, and management will make sure to tell you that. Everyone is replaceable. Clients are always unhappy. This agency is constantly losing accounts due to overpraising and under delivering.

Pros

There are no pro's whatsoever.

Cons

1. Overworked with VERY little pay 2. No human respect. The Principles Nick and Tara use profanity towards employees (with audio proof) 3. No leadership 4. No strong foundation 5. No guidance. You are thrown to the wolves, degraded, disrespected, and mistreated. 6. Unqualified Management 7. The fast life, glitz, and glam of Miami Socialites, fitting in with the "elite," are top of Tara and Nick's priority list, and it's so unfortunate. It's all a facade, smoke, and mirrors to the core. 8. Racist behavioral traits, if you are a person of color, RUN. Not even worth your breath, let alone time. 9. Mislead and underserved clients causing many to drop. They are rude toward journalists who don't fit "their high society world." 10. A horrible reputation that is 100% reality
