Pros

Working at Tanda Workforce Solutions offers a great work–life balance, a supportive and collaborative team, and a competitive compensation package. The culture is positive and motivating, and the people you work with truly make the experience rewarding.

Cons

A minor downside is that communication can sometimes be unclear or inconsistent, which can lead to delays or misunderstandings. However, these issues are usually manageable and can be improved with more aligned processes and regular updates.

Pros

- Very ambitious group of people who want to do big things. - Smart in their respect to software development. From what I've heard, it's a good place for young professionals to get some useful experience under their belt. - Casual dress code and monthly happy hours (before the pandemic).

Cons

- Management needs to be more unified in their decisions, since there is no single CEO that the company reports to. - Well-thought-out plans were not implemented. Management doesn't do enough research on strategic decisions before they are made. They will get an idea and run with it before talking with department heads to see if it makes sense or what the repercussions will be. - Not enough transparency with their employees. Undermining managers by talking to their subordinates without the manager's knowledge. - Management seems to care more about the time spent at your desk as the signifier of productivity. - The Chicago office is left messy and unkept on a regular basis (was not like this before the merger). There's a big lack of respect for the shared space of the kitchen.
